Mackenzie Eason & Associates operates both internally and externally based on a partnership driven model. We developed this model out of a need for a genuine partnership at both ends of the relationship. As a result, our firm is comprised only of full partners with actual industry experience who handle search execution. We do not have marketers, junior recruiters or junior partners, or associates whom you will be passed between at various stages of the process. Historically, recruitment firms have promised to deliver partnerships to clients; however, these firms typically operate on the traditional model in which a marketer develops a relationship with the client, only to pass the client over to a recruiter or even multiple junior recruiters. Too often, we have seen the problems that arise from this model: overloaded recruiters who carry fifteen, twenty, or even thirty searches at once and clients who are frustrated from being switched from recruiter to recruiter because of turnover or advancement. The only way that clients can receive the service that they deserve and the candidates that best suit their needs is to work with one person who handles the search throughout the entire process.

Mackenzie Eason is comprised of partners who have over thirty years of combined experience in the recruiting industry. Our seasoned consultants have worked in helping to secure the best candidates for hospitals and medical groups across the nation. Because of our frustration with the promises broken by recruiting firms operating under the typical model, we resolved to put our experience together to secure the other end of the partnership. We built a firm that offers the benefits of the "mega" search firm, while still maintaining the reliability, agility, and close relationships of the smaller boutique firm.
