is statistically better. To accomplish this, we are structured
very differently from our competition. Most healthcare search
firms employ the classic "Marketing/Recruiter" model.
In this model, a seasoned marketer secures an engagement with
a client, only to hand the execution off to a less experienced
associate who actually recruits the candidates. Although this
model can work, its results are less than favorable. Research
shows that successful search completion drops to 35% and the
time-to-placement can more than double to 180-270 days.

make all the calls on behalf of the client and are directly
