be provided for hospitals, clinics, and practice groups. Marketing,
screening, and placement of individual physician specialties
are included in direct recruitment.
Recruiter Outsourcing
Recruiter outsourcing will be provided for larger hospitals
or systems. In an effort to minimize costs and improve the logistics
of multi-specialty system-wide recruiting, a recruiter is outsourced
on a full-time basis to source, screen, and coordinate all physician
specialties for the hospital or system.
Advertising
At Mackenzie Eason & Associates, we strive to provide the
right recruiting function for each client. Therefore, we have
developed a unique program for clients that do not need to utilize
a full retained search process, but rather utilize the advertising
through various partners to help produce candidates for you without
the completion fee
