Recruiter Outsourcing

Recruiter outsourcing will be provided for larger hospitals or systems. In an effort to minimize costs and improve the logistics of multi-specialty system-wide recruiting, a recruiter is outsourced on a full-time basis to source, screen, and coordinate all physician specialties for the hospital or system.

Advertising

At Mackenzie Eason & Associates, we strive to provide the right recruiting function for each client. Therefore, we have developed a unique program for clients that do not need to utilize a full retained search process, but rather utilize the advertising through various partners to help produce candidates for you without the completion fee
